Stinking Rose Garlic Festival at Fantasy Farms
In 2025 the Stinking Rose Garlic Festival takes place on the weekend of September 20th and 21st. Bands performing on the Saturday night include The Maybelles, Joe Matheson, The Unbranded and Northern Darkhorse.
During the festival, visitors can enjoy garlic-themed foods, shop from local vendors, and explore the farm. There are activities for kids such as train rides, bouncy castles, a corn maze, and (sometimes, but not always) Petey’s Pumpkin Patch (which takes place in October, but sometimes also beginning in late September). There are farm animals to see too.
The festival has a Garlic Pancake Breakfast as well. In the evening on the Saturday night there is live music under the stars, which adds a special touch to the harvest celebration. Past performers in the evenings have included a mix of blues bands, local talent and family-friendly acts.
